About This Project

We've all been there. You're a Medium in Zara but a Small in Ralph Lauren and a 40 in Peter England. Clothing sizes are a mess, and every brand speaks a different language.

Brand Size Matcher cuts through the confusion. Tell us one brand and size that fits you, and we'll instantly show you what to look for across 18 other brands.

How It Works

Behind the scenes, we compare actual garment measurements — chest, shoulder, waist, sleeve length, and more. Instead of trusting arbitrary labels like "M" or "L", we look at the centimeters.

Our matching algorithm calculates the Intersection over Union (IoU) for each measurement dimension. Think of it as asking: "How much do these two size ranges actually overlap?" We weight the dimensions by importance (chest matters more than sleeve length for shirts) and give you a single match percentage.

Match Quality

18 Brands, Two Continents

We cover 13 international brands (Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, Levi's, Gap, Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, COS, Mango, Marks & Spencer, Jack & Jones) and 5 Indian brands (Peter England, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, FabIndia).

Indian brands often use numeric sizing (38, 40, 42) while international brands use letter sizing (S, M, L). This tool bridges that gap.

Data Methodology

All measurement data is approximated from publicly available brand size charts and general industry knowledge. Each measurement is stored as a range (e.g., chest: 102–106 cm) to account for manufacturing tolerances and style variations.
